Bree kept bugging me to take a picture while getting acupuncture. So, one day I put my phone in my pocket. It was hard to take because I couldn't roll over. I had needles in my back and both my hips. It is amazing to look at and think that it doesn't hurt. They are all in my hair and head and neck and back and shoulder and foot. I just lay there for about 20 minutes and try to relax. It's kinda nice actually. I am hoping it starts to help.
