New use for guinea pig house!

I found a new use (that makes me smile) for the guinea pig house that Jordan knitted, until there is a guinea pig to fill it up :-) It is football season after all...gotta be prepared!

Thanks Auntie Aim!!!

I was gone in Colorado during the Football BBQ and a lot of stuff happens then! Thankfully Aimee was able to stand in for me for the senior mom picture! #33 baby!

BIG Cookie

As per tradition...I made a big ole cookie for each of the boys when they got home from school. I had to rush home from work, but since both of them had football practice, the timing worked out perfect! I wish I had gotten a picture of them with it, but...here is the one of the cookies anyway. Unfortunately....I do love me some chocolate chip cookie, or dough, not picky...

Potato harvest!!!

So.....one of the many, many things Gramoom did while she was here was harvest Jordan's potatoes from our potato grower. He grew some red potatoes. Good thing they (apparently) take to abuse and still thrive! Anyhoo...I cut them up and fried them and made myself soem eggs with potatoes and Yuuuuuummmmm! Do they come back on their own? Or do you have to do something with em??? I'll have to ask...

Some one was saaaaaad

to drop her boy off at middle school. She didn't like it one bit.

But she was happy, happy to see us when we got home...and wanted to s how us her bone. She always has to run and grab something to show you when you get home. You name it, dirty sock, clean sock, bone, boy, flashlight, video game controller, etc....just something!!!!

First day of School 2011/2012

Pheush! Made it past that one. It is going to be a whole year of....this is your last first day of high school/middle school, this is your last year of school pictures, this is your last first football game, etc...the list goes on and on....for both Jordan in middle school and Anthony in high school. Amazing! Anth has invested most of his school clothes money into tank tops this year. He says he is going to wear them year round. Sometimes natural consequences are in order....you forget how cold cold can be when it is above 80 degrees! But...with the recent weather, at least he'll have some more time to wear them comfortably.

Some else didn't know what was going on, but she knew she didn't like it.
