Half time show!!!!!

Seriously!?! One of the best half time shows ever! Ha! Weiner dog races! Those cute little dogs were running all over everywhere! Tanya has a weiner dog (Rocky, a silver dapple dachshund)

Kentwood Playoff game

Thankfully Friday was a holiday. We traveled to Vancouver for the playoff game. The weather was crappy and it took us 3 hours to drive there in traffic. Thankfully the weather let up a little bit for the actual game, but it was cooold and wet. Their bleachers were old wooden bleachers, not too high and not covered. So was thankful for the reprieve.

In the end we lost 7 to 34. Very proud of our boys. But it was a weird feeling knowing this was the last time Anthony would be suited up in a Kentwood uniform playing football. The boys have a love/hate relationship with it but Anth was actually disappointed he didn't have to go to practice today. What a fun 4 years this has been. I love those boys. They are just great kids and played with so much heart. I am excited to support Jordan this summer and he begins his Kentwood football journey! It will be weird for Anth not to give up his summer doing football stuff. but...Jordan will be :-)

I was a lot more emotional than I thought I'd be...

Poor Moosie May...

David took Moosie to the vet for a limp we noticed while walking her....and...got another broken one! She has elbow dysplasia. Really? Seriously? They had to put her out to take the x rays so she was pretty drunk for awhile, I felt so bad for her....but surgery is the only way to fix it, then she is on strict light duty with massage and some physical type therapy in the weeks following. It is common for this age (only 9 months old!!!! Really???? We aren't good for like a year or something???) and breed/size of dog. Ugh is all I have to say.....

Running away

Lucy's one eye'd kitty (at her vicious hands is she one eyes) was trying to run away....she didn't make it very far at all....

Playoff Snackage....

Anthony requested "as many snacks as I was willing to purchase" for his trip to Vancouver for football playoffs. $40 later...I wouldn't call it willing but it happened anyway....now David and I are off to watch him play in the rain.

Student of the Quarter!!!!

Jordan received Student of the Quarter for English! YAY J!!!!!!
