Jordan's basketball season is over

Jordan's team played a tough two games in the play off's. They were fun to watch! The last game, we lost by 5. And came back from I think it was an 18 point deficit. The other coach approached David after the game and asked if Jordan was his boy. David said yes. And he said, oh my gosh, we didn't know how we were going to defend him, he said thankfully he got into foul trouble so he didn't have to figure it out! Ha! Huge compliment to Jordan and the way he played! Now he is doing weight lifting to prepare for football!

Hot! hot! HOT!

Jordan and his basketball team were hot tonight and stayed alive in the first round of play off's. Boy was Jordan hot tonight! He made almost half of his teams score of 54! They had to get another score sheet for him after the 3rd quarter. Best I have seen him play all year. Guess he saved it for the play offs. Fun to watch and he was happy with himself too, as he should be, so....had to replenish all that he left on the floor with a shake from McDonalds : ) Next game is on Monday!

STILL my birthday!!!!

Anthony thought of me and got me a wonderful scarf for my birthday...I wore it to school with my new yellow jacket from Christmas. Thanks Beek!

There was cake left and when Aimee came down to watch Jordan's basketball game....we had some more! Just gotta love a birthday that never ends : ) I do!!

All the goods! It was a fabulous birthday and everyone was so thoughtful. Yummy smells and a lunch from friends who know me so well (Carlsen family), a Joann's gift card so I can scrapbook to my hearts content from family, and a whole lot less stress for my Disney trips this spring!!! Yay!!!!

Birthday cake!!!!

Katie and mom made me the cutest cake!!! It was a purse! With money and a coin purse and everything!!!

We had a picnic after visiting uncle Dick in the hospital in mom's car (it was far too cold outside to be eating outside) even though it was a gorgeous pretty day downtown...

Sending off our friend Thomas, and supporting his wife Wendy and their four girls as he goes off to Afghanistan for a year. They had a great party, attended by many.

She had personalized M & M's and lots of wonderful finger foods, a friend of theirs made this awesome (and delicious) cake all by hand. Impressive!
