On one of the three buses, and two hours it took us to get to the venue at the Disney's Wide World of Sports. You can take Disney transportation and get everywhere, but you gotta plan for it and know the schedule. We didn't realize how long it would take, or we would have been prepared and left a little earlier. We almost missed their performance, good thing they were running late by that time! We didn't miss either of the cheer performances, but unfortunately were unable to get back over to Epcot to catch the dance performance...
The packed venue. By the time we got there, standing room only! We watched from a perfect little balcony on the 2nd floor. We actually had a really good view but we stood for hours and hours and hours and hours and hours.....They. ROCKED. it!

They did so well! Unfortunately didn't make it to finals due to a 1 point deduction because of music. There were 14 world renowned teams in their division and it amazes me a little team from way up here can go down there and even be competitive at all! We placed 8th. Had we not had that pesky music deduction for the music being 3 seconds too long, we would have gone to finals! Big fat bummer, but they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. The kids did their job and gave the best performance ever! Made me so proud!

It was ice cream time! Dad is such a trooper! We stood forevuuuuuhhhhh!!!!! And he doesn't complain one bit. And we watched cheer literally all day and he doesn't complain! Love. him. Ma too, but I'd drag her anyway :-)
