Auburn High School basketball camp

Jordan went to a basketball camp put on by the Auburn High School basketball team this week. Jordan is in the dark gray/blue shirt with his back facing us in the back row. Jordan had an awesome camp and got a backpack for an award and a coupon for a free dessert at McDonald's. Score!!! Sounds like they had fun and learned a lot and came home tiiired today. Gotta love it!

I can't believe Anthony is a senior and this is his last year of UPS camp. He had an awesome camp. The weather was so bizarre, pouring down rain all day one day, and then warm the next, then windy and cool, then cool morning and then hot. Enough sun throughout the week for me to burn the tops of my feet and get my lips blistered. Nice....Anth is #34 for his practice jersey.

Fun thank you with a bunch of Arkansas things! Including pig noses! How fun is that?

The Henninger Family came to visit a year ago, we had lots of fun. It was a great excuse for me to play tourist (and make David go too) so we did the Duck downtown, did Pike Place and Seattle, went to Ocean Shores, etc...I got a wonderful surprise in the mail, which was nice this week when I was so exhausted after coming home after Anthony's UPS camp....to a fun thank you package with a special treat even for Lucy. She loved her treat!!!!

The Warrior Dash

Felt a little like the Danskin. It was maybe a 10 minute bus ride from the parking lot. And the traffic was awful in North Bent.

Buses were incredibly muddy. Go figure, huh?

Little worried about out oldest son...who will be going off to college next year. Little concerned he'll be showing up to class orientation with his name tag on upside down. David said he will give him a little credit....it was all 9's, 6's and 0's... ha!

Crawling through the mud. The guy to Anth's right, and the gal with the veil on were just married that morning on the sound stage at the Warrior dash. She stayed fairly clean but when they were crawling through the mud, under barbed wire...he pushed her down...he helped her up but she was drenched in soppy, wet mud.
