Our friend Channing that lives in San Diego now. He used to live on Whidbey and work with my mom at the Juvenile Department. the food pictures didn't turn out that well, but it was delicious!!!
gnocchi al telefono (italian potato dumplings with fresh mozzarella and roasted garlic marinara)
chicken saltimbocca (chicken with sage, proscuitto, artichoke hearts, lemon butter and capers)
apple gorgonzola salad

The pictures out this fuzzy color but the food was really good. Pretty sure it's not entirely WW friendly, but it was really good. And we had to carb load you know...
What did Aimee eat? Did everything have meat in it? I didn't think the pictures were that bad but not something I would eat. :-)
Aimee ate everything but the chicken. Otherwise, everything was Aimee Diane friendly :-)
