Christmas Eve

We celebrated Christmas Eve at Tony and Kara's this year.

The Seahawk headband was a big hit!

Layne loved her bright pink sweatsuit and ran out to put it on immediately.

Even Anth got in on the fun.

A fun time was had by all.  Thankful Tony and Kara could host and then the boys and I were off to Whidbey.  David stayed the night in Covington and drove up the next morning.

David's ornament

Well, David surprised us and showed up at the airport when we went to pick Anthony up.  No one saw that coming!!!!  Anyway, we stopped by the Harley store shortly after and I got a nice shiny ornament to remember the year we bought the Harley.  Had David put it on the tree.

Secret Santa Fun!!!

We do Secret Santa at work and this year my secret santa loved me!!  I loved everything she picked out for me!!!!  First she gave me some peppermint hot cocoa with a teeny spatula with a snowflake on it . LOVE!

A cute little Santa cup with my favorite candy cane kisses in it!

Hellooooo mint M & M's and a fun mask ornament that jingles.

A cute santa themed napkin and paper plates and a little bucket with candy and a Starbucks ornament.
Yeah, this peppermint Roca should be illegal!

Two cans of soup in a fun soup bowl that says have a "souper" day

Fun fish themed day!!!  For my being o"fish"ally awesome, of course...

Mint day, ummmm, yes please :-)

Gingerbread theme...that iced gingerbread kettle corn was SO nummy and still using the gingerbread philosophy body wash!

The last day was all the fixins for nacho's.  Dinner is served!

late celebration

We celebrated moms birthday a little late....Christi made the most perfect (as they had just come back from Disney World where mom and dad did the Wine and Dine Half Marathon and tortured us with her Mickey ice cream sandwiches through pictures)  She made a Mickey ice cream sandwich with a bite out of one of the ears, the picture doesn't do the bite justice but it was perfect!

Annual Memorial Walk

On December 14th all that could got together on Whidbey to remember our loved ones that are buried at Sunnyside Cemetary in Coupveville.  This year, it was June and Chris, Mid, my mom, dad, sisters and brother-in-laws, and nieces.  It was pretty darn cold....

June made these really nice sprigs with greenery, flowers and ribbon with a solar light.  They looked beautiful.

Mid wrote a really nice poem that she read to us all.

I think the cemetery has some of the best views on the island.  When it is clear, you can see Mt. Baker in the distance.
