We celebrated moms birthday a little late....Christi made the most perfect (as they had just come back from Disney World where mom and dad did the Wine and Dine Half Marathon and tortured us with her Mickey ice cream sandwiches through pictures) She made a Mickey ice cream sandwich with a bite out of one of the ears, the picture doesn't do the bite justice but it was perfect!
