We stopped along the way to walk around the Castle of Monte Forale.
This was a look out tower
These are actual street that people I'm sure drive down, though no one did while we were there, with doors right off them that people live in. Most people seem to stay local to where they grew up.

Capers growing right off the wall
Someone's laundry hanging out
Ivy growing on the buildings.
Seriously, how quaint is this?
